Brian Easley Obituary

A resident of Maurepas, he died at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, in Maurepas. He was 28 and a native of Independence. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Marshall Wallace. Interment in Lee Cemetery, Amite. Survived by his son, Jonas Newman Easley, Maurepas; fiancée, Krystal Manning, Maurepas; mother, JoAnn Holden Easley, Amite; three brothers, James Easley Jr., Independence, and Daniel Easley and John Easley, both of Gonzales; five sisters, Colinda Barlow and her husband, Mike, French Settlement, DeAnna Barnes, Carolyn Stokes and Karen Guitreau, all of Gonzales, and Jamie Easley Harper and her husband, Clyde, Loranger; numerous nieces and nephews, and a great-nephew. Preceded in death by his father, James Easley Sr.; and grandparents, Eulon and Ima Holden and Jeff and Rebecca Easley. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help with expenses.
