Sherita Leigh Jenkins (LaPharaohs),49, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on June 9, 2021 peacefully at home. Sherita was born March 5, 1972 in Los Angeles, California to Selma Jenkins (aka: Nehesi LaPharaohs) & Cheryl B. Jenkins (LaPharaohs). She attended Louisiana State University, before working for the City of Baton Rouge at City Court & with Emergency Dispatch, until retiring due to her illness. Sherita was kindhearted and loving to all she encountered. She absolutely adored her family and her friends. We are grateful and honored for the wonderful years we were given with our angel. She is survived by her beloved son, Nicholas Xavier Jenkins. Visitation Sat., June 26, 2021, 12:00 pm until religious service at 1:00 pm, Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Hwy., Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
