Donna Stephens Obituary

Donna S. Stephens, 65, of Greenbrier, passed away at her home on Jan. 2, 2013.
She was the President of her accounting firm, Donna S. Stephens, LTD., located in Conway, Ark.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew J. Stephens, Jr. and Ruth Nash Stephens.
She is survived by her sisters, Jeanette Stephens Heimbaugh and Sandra Stephens; nieces, Jennifer Heimbaugh and Jessica Joheim; great nieces, Sydney and Layne Joheim; her beloved Chihuahua's, Rinnie and Tiny, her furry babies; two other dogs and six cats, whom she considered to be her children; and a host of extended family, friends and clients.
Donna graduated from Conway High School in 1965. She graduated from State College of Arkansas, now the University of Central Arkansas, in 1968 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. While she worked for various people starting out in her career Donna's biggest dream was to own her own firm which she accomplished in 1989. In addition to her accounting career, Donna was a huge lover of all animals and served as President for the Humane Society of Faulkner County for several years.
Anyone who knew Donna knew of her love for anything Elvis and all things Dallas Cowboys. If you ever heard her phone ring or rode in her vehicle it was Elvis playing. Anytime the Cowboys played, she was either there in person or watching them on TV cheering them on.
By far, Donna was a loving, caring and generous woman who never met a stranger. There are not enough words to express how much she is loved and will be missed.
Visitation will be 5 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, in the Chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway, 501-327-7727, a memorial service will follow at 6 p.m., with The Reverend Kay Morgan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Humane Society of Faulkner County, P.O. Box 1055, Conway, AR 72033.
