Grace Pou Williamson Branham, 92, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on Feb. 4, 2022. She was born in Carthage, Texas, on Aug. 12, 1929, to the late Henry and Lucy Williamson.
Grace Williamson and Craig Branham were married on July 3, 1948.
She is preceded by her husband of 65 years, Craig Branham; son, Dwayne Branham; and son-in-law Clifford C. Councille.
Grace is survived by her son, Clint (Lynn) Branham of Rogers Arkansas; daughter, Elaine Councille, Fayetteville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jennifer Councille Clary (Josh) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jeremy Branham (Stacy) of Carson City, Nevada, Clinton Branham Jr. of Bentonville Arkansas, Nathan Branham of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Rebecca Branham of Rogers, Arkansas, Rachel Branham of Rogers, Arkansas, Luke Branham (Andrea) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sarah Branham of Rogers, Arkansas, Joshua Branham of Rogers, Arkansas and Isaac Branham of Rogers, Arkansas; four great grandchildren, Emma Clary Davis (Jacob) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ty Clary of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Rhys Branham of Carson City, Nevada, Madison Branham of Carson City, Nevada; and numerous family and friends.
Grace attended Jacksonville Baptist College, in Jacksonville, Texas; Central Baptist College, in Conway, Arkansas; and graduated from Arkansas State Teachers College (UCA) in Conway, Arkansas, with a degree in education. During her career she taught at Guy-Perkins Public School, Greenbrier Public School, and Pulaski County Special School District.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and burial will follow to Bethlehem Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Baptist Missionary Association of America, P O Box 1188, Conway, AR 72033, or Circle of Life Hospice Springdale, 901 Jones Rd, Springdale, AR 72762.
