James Malone Obituary

James J. "Jim" Malone, 61, died on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at home, unexpectedly.

Born in Millville, Jim was a lifelong resident. Jim had worked for Wheaton Glass Co. in the mold service department for more than 32 years. He was an avid NASCAR fan, with Mark Martin as his favorite driver.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Malone of Sewell; bother, Larry Malone and wife Debbie of Millville; sister, Peg Malone and husband John R. Haer Jr. of Sewell; two nephews, Kevin Malone and wife Danielle, and John Malone Haer; and niece, Carisa Malone. Jim was predeceased by his father, John J. Malone.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Rocap Shannon Memorial Funeral Home, where friends may call from 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private.

Memorial donations may be made to the Food Bank of South Jersey, 1501 John Tipton Blvd., Pennsauken, NJ 08110.

Jim was a class act who always had a smile on his face and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. My thoughts and prayers are with the Malone family during this very difficult time.
