Justin Seung Yeon, 26, of Vineland passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
Justin was the son of Tae M. and Sylvetta Yeon of Vineland. He was born in Bridgeton on July 23, 1985. He graduated from Vineland High School in 2003, and worked as a master instructor at the U.S. Martial Arts Academy. Justin had a great passion for martial arts and dedicated his life to teaching traditional Korean martial arts (Tae Kwon Do) to his students at U.S. Martial Arts Academy.
He was kindhearted, loving, passionate and loyal. His presence has touched and influenced many children and adults over the years. Justin's laughter and big personality made him loved by all who knew him. His smile and light-hearted personality was translated through his interactions with family and friends.
Justin is survived by his father, Tae M. Yeon; mother, Sylvetta Yeon; and sister, Tammy Yeon. Justin also is survived by his grandmother, Oak Yeon; as well as many family members, including uncles, aunts and cousins from all over the world.
His grandfather, Ung Ho Yeon (deceased) and grandmother migrated to the United States from South Korea and had six children and many grandchildren of which Justin was the last male to carry the family name. Justin was a loving and caring son and brother, who will be sadly missed. His memory and presence will be remembered and felt forever.
A viewing service will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St. in Mays Landing. Immediately following, a prayer service will also be held at the same location.
Donations and written condolences may be sent to the family in lieu of flowers, at 3390 E. Oak Road, Vineland, NJ 08361.

To the Yeon family, Justin brought passion to the art of teaching tae kwon doe. He carried himself with respect and honor. The children benefited from his interactions. He made such an impact and will continue to do so just like a pebble thrown in a lake his ripples will continue to exist. May you find comfort in his memory.
