Kristine K. Bilello 67 of Greenville Mi, passed away suddenly yet peacefully at home August 14th 2025.
As we sit and write this we know she didn't want your typical write up. She loved a good book and her life was just that an endless book of beautifully written chapters with an ending that came to quickly.
Chapter 1 Kris was born to Charles and Kathleen Hall in Greenville Mi. She came into this world with a built in best friend, her older sister Kathy and older brother Rick who would make her have endless wrestling matches to perfect his moves. She had a beautiful childhood and had very special friends in her lifetime. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1976, she briefly attended MCC and GVSU.
Chapter 2 she met the love of her life Tony in 1977. They loved each other fiercely. They loved antiquing, loved music, being goofy together, spending time with friends and just being together. They were married July 19th 1980 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Greenville Mi.
Chapter 3 in June of 1982 they welcomed their first daughter Anna and in 1985 welcomed their second daughter Katelyn. This began her Chapter of Motherhood. She was the most amazing Mom she was always there with a hug, smile, advice, a good laugh, a good cry and always willing to talk no matter the time or day. She made the best clam chowder soup, and grilled cheese. She would go to the ends of the world for her girls.
Chapter 4 Kris loved to work, if you knew her you knew she couldn't sit down ever! She devoted many years to Peterson Oil. Her and Tony opened their own business Cold Stone Creamery from 2004 to 2010. She also opened Lemon Drops Boutique in 2022 with her girls, she loved spending her days with the girls and talking to new people.
Chapter 5 Being a Nana was her greatest pride on earth. She loved Lucas and Ella more than anything. She enjoyed doing crafts and making bracelets with Ella and teaching Ella how to make Cinnamon applesauce which they made every holiday together. Lucas and Nana played many, many rounds of UNO and checkers together and he introduced her to the world of superhero movies which they enjoyed watching together. Her grandchildren meant the world to her, and they will forever miss her mug.
Kris was selfless and would drop everything she was doing to help you, family or not, she would always have a hug for you no matter what and would talk to you if you needed it. She loved her family, friends, and her Lord.
It never failed that Kris would always read the last chapter of any book first, I think if she had read her last chapter first she would have lived her life the exact same way. We will always love you more.
Kris was preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Kathleen Hall, her husband Anthony Bilello, parents in law Marc and Eva Bilello; brother Richard Hall; sister Kathy Sherd, and brother in law David Sherd. She is survived by her daughters Anna (Bryan) Ferguson of Greenville, Katelyn (Heath) Griffes of Greenville, grandchildren Lucas Berends and Ella Griffes, sister in law Tami Hall of Nunica and brother in law Mike Bilello (Marilyn) of Grand Rapids.
