Anna Orobello Obituary

Oakdale - Anna "Nina" Angela Orobello, 88, of Oakdale, entered eternal life Aug. 19, 2025. She was born June 9, 1937, in Manhattan, N.Y., the daughter of the late Ugo and Grace (DiMaria) Morisani. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Orobello Sr. who passed in 2019.

Her family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. The funeral will assemble at 9 a.m. Saturday morning and proceed to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. John's Church, 22 Maple Ave. Montville. Interment is in St. Andrew's Cemetery in Colchester. A complete obituary will appear in Friday's edition of The Day.
