He married the late Jean Anne (Cormier) Fowler Aug. 23, 1963 in Upton, Mass. She died Aug. 10, 2003.
Mr. Fowler served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II. He worked as a machinist at WF Wood Engineering in Holliston, Mass.
There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be private for the family.
The Church and Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem St. Norwich, is entrusted with arrangements.
