Joyce Ann - Thanks for our teenage years when all we cousins got together for fun and rollicking at least once a year at family events. You and Kathleen and The Skipper were the ringleaders.
My condolences to your family.

Joyce was a beautiful, kind and lovely lady. It was our great pleasure to be friends with her. She always had a smile and hug for you.
It was a joy to see her and her beloved Roger together. They were inseparable; and nothing could ever change that. It was just wonderful to see.
May she rest in peace near her beloved Roger.
Our sincere condolences to the entire family. We will miss her.

Joyce was like a second mom to me and our gang growing up with Michael. She always asked questions about how we were doing, what interested us and stayed in tune with all the kids. She and Jennie Holmgren seemed inseparable. As inseparable as she and Roger. Theirs was a very special bond and partnership. I loved how they adored each other. We got a chance to speak briefly at Roger’s memorial. We looked right into each other’s eyes and she knew right away. “Johnny,” she said. She smiled her warm smile. For a moment I was transfixed to 1975. I remembered how she genuinely cared about how I was doing, that moment was a gift. She seemed to always put herself last. I believe she is in the kingdom of heaven with Roger and loved ones. She is pain free and at peace. She lived a great loving life. Her time here was very well spent. Mourn not for her passing. Rejoice instead for the way she so passionately lived. Godspeed Mrs. Tamer. Requiescat in pace.
