My daughter Danielle Randolph was on the El Faro as well with Mitch. I have comfort in knowing that they are now the navigational officers of Heaven and when our time comes they will be waiting for us aboard that very special ship. Until we meet again.May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again. God Bless you all.
May God hold you in the palm of His hand

I am so sorry for your loss. My son, Eric, was roommates with Mitch at MMA. My family was able to spend time with Mitch and enjoyed getting to know him. When I think of Mitch it brings a smile to my face. He will be greatly missed. Try to remember that he touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

Donna and family - It is nothing less than a tragedy that Mitchell and so many others lost their lives at sea. I cannot imagine the grief that you feel. May you find comfort knowing that Mitchell was doing what he loved and that he will miss you and watch over everyone that he loved.
