I worked with David for many years at HL&P. He was a true friend and I always learned from his experiences. He will be missed by all that knew him. May God bless you and your family

David and I were good friends since our days in graduate school at Texas A&M 58 years ago. He was an incredible person and his absence leaves a deep void that cannot be filled. His enthusiasm, warmth, and unwavering friendship will always hold a special place in my heart. Deepest sympathy to Carol and the family.

Jim and I both respected David so much. He was both a great CFISD Board member and a great person. As a leader he was intelligent and thoughtful, always focused on the needs of the students and district. He left a lasting impact. Our sincere condolences to Carol and the family.

David and I worked together for several years at Dril-Quip. He would stop by my office or I would stop by his. I enjoyed our conversations. He would tell me about his days in the nuclear industry or about his new House he was building. He will be missed.

I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family during this sad time. I was the realtor that worked with David on your home in Miramont & during our regular meetings I enjoyed our conversations and developed a true respect for the man of caring, integrity and honor he embodied.

David and I were teammates on the Schreiner Track team that won the Texas Jr. College State Championship in 1963. Last year we got together, thanks to a mutural friend, after 60 years. Had a wonderful time catching up on old times. At one time David hunted on a ranch I had in Val Verde County with a friend of his. Unfortuantly we miss seeing each other then. The three visits we had last year will be some of my foundist memories. Eternally be David's Memory . Lee Weathersbee, Del Rio, Texas
