Sam Thomas Obituary
Sam Harold "Trey" Thomas III, husband, father, brother and true friend, left us on Friday, February 11, 2011. A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, February 19, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church on George Bush Dr. All friends are welcome.
The father of two, was born September 10, 1954, the oldest of seven children. He was a friend to everyone he came across. Trey put a smile on your face regardless of how you were feeling.
He loved his family dearly and made it very apparent by his actions. He is with our Lord now, with all of his pains healed. Trey will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Trey was proceded in death by his father, Sam Harold Thomas II.
He is survived by his wife, Shyrl; children, Josh and Amanda Thomas; mother and stepfather, Beebe and Cliff Ware; brothers and sisters, Marci and Mike Cutler, Mark and Liliana Thomas, Guy Thomas, Todd Thomas, Julie and Ken Stapp, Wes and Kirsty Thomas, Joe Brown, and Tom Chateau; step son, Brandon Reese; numerous cousins, nieces, great-nephews and nieces, and many beloved friends.

Guy, I did not know your brother who has left his human body and passed to his spiritual. You and your family have peace knowing he is with his Lord and Savior.

My condolences to Trey Wife's and children and family, My prayer go out you I am truly sorry for your loss.I met Trey many years ago and he was a very gentle spirit I always liked him my son also sends his condolences. After the murphy day's I didn't see much of him but I did see him at the crawl fish broil last year he really looked good and he was as happy as all get out We will miss you Trey but I do know the if you excepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour I will see you again so keep looking on to your family and friends everyone will miss you but you are in a better place than us. you are on the streets of gold as the Lord Jesus promises us. Take care all of his family he will be deeply missed.
