So very shocked to have heard about Dr. Lapsker's passing. We had so very many interesting conversations about music over the years. I was just getting ready to rebook an appt when I received a letter in the mail...I wish I could have come to pay my respects. May he rest in peace and may his family and friends always feel his love.

Dr. Jeff was our family dentist for many years until we moved from the area. I last saw him by chance at a Nova Soul concert and we caught up. Although he had been through a difficult time when his wife´s illness/passing. He was so excited for his future. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren. He was very happy to have found love again. He was upbeat, peaceful and so happy. I will cherish that memory. May his memory be eternal. Paul & Alexandria Harris

Jeff was not only our Dentist, but also our neighbor. When we all first moved into the neighborhood, he would be doing work in the house in the middle of the night, making all kinds of racket and someone (not us) called the cops. He would still complain about it, with that New York attitude, all these 30, some odd years later. He now finally knows who "ratted him out". What a guy. Rest easy old friend.

My deepest sympathy to his family...he will be missed terribly. I have been seeing him as my dentist for over 30 years and was so easy to talk to. I was shocked to hear this news this evening I could not even believe this. I am so deeply saddened.

I am in shock. I was to see him Monday for my appointment. I had seen the dentist prior to Jeff at this office. When he came in as a new young dentist, we all went to him. That's when Donna worked in the office. Jeff and i bonded as both of our eldest daughters were a Jennifer Ann. I was still seeing Jeff although I moved to Indiana years ago. What a great guy. Always had music on, took photos of your mouth (and showed it to you whether you wanted to see it or not) and explained everything so well. We could talk about our families for hours. He was so proud of his children and adored his grandchildren. Jeff and I shared our grief when at the beginning of covid he lost his beloved Donna and I lost my son, Christopher. I will miss you terribly my friend and my dentist.

You were my first dentist and I have a lot of memories with you , your late wife, and staff. You were always such a burst of energy, making visits seem much less of a chore and more of a pleasure. I loved hearing your stories about bobble hull and the " good ole days".
I remember the goodie bags... you were all of our kids first dentist too. We moved out further and that ended our time together, but we were still friends on Facebook. You were such a spark of enthusiasm and you will be greatly missed!

I was stunned and truly saddened at the news of Jeff's passing. Even though we hadn't physically seen each other since school, I can say we were still friends. Jeff was a force in the universe. A truly unique individual. He will be missed by any that knew him.
