We are so sorry for your loss. Brian was a terrific young man who was polite and energetic. I admired his determination. He and Greg would skateboard for 12 hours straight in our driveway in 7th and 8th grade. They built all kinds of crazy ramps and did "ollies" over anything and everything.
This is an difficult loss and I am going to be praying for you to have peace. I know that God will take Brian to be in heaven and he is in Good Hands now.

Dear Lorraine, Bill and Steph,

I am so sorry. Brian was only a little boy when I came to know him and your family at Steph's SC games. I remember the snowmobile plans and other trips Bill looked forward to sharing with him. I know he was a happy, well-loved little boy with terrific parents, a great sister, and knowing you all, none of that love ever diminished for Brian. Please accept my deepest sorrow for your terrible loss.

Dear Watke Family..

I remember Brian and the street hockey gang in sixth grade, how much fun they had, how organized they were and all their sleep overs. How that group of boys interacted often reminded me of how they were living the ideal dream of childhood we all carry in our hearts.

My heart goes out to you and your family even as I remember how Brian emanated a sense of purpose and confidence even as a kid.

You and he are in my prayers.
