It's my Mothers 90ieth Birthday today and I can just Imagine the two of you catching up on the latest gossip as you sip your respective drinks! I will SO miss your visits to Vermont with cross stitch and fresh salsa but most importantly I will miss you and your ever cheery voice. Kids.....I know you're hurting! Anyone who ever knew your Mother is feeling a wee bit older as we loose our Frannie from Planet Earth, the earth she so lovingly nurtured. I will be with you in spirit tomorrow!

Frannie, you were indeed a force of nature. Never missed a day, never late! You would come to our house at 8 AM after working out! You were a terrific caregiver to my 2 kids (now teenagers) from the time they were newborns.
As a new mom I learned a lot from you, and Im thankful for that.
I had to pay you every day ("don't know if I'll be alive tomorrow," you'd say), and you had to leave by 5 so you could meet your friends for a drink (a scotch "just until my cheeks blush").
There was always tomorrow, you always persevered, you always had a task to do, you always took care of everyone.
You were a really good Catholic, and you cared a lot about the church.
We still have your counted cross stitches, framed, in our house.
You were an old school, awesome lady.
We will miss you Frannie.
