Kevin Akers Obituary
Kevin Thomas Akers died June 13, 2016 in Nashville, TN with his son, Cody and daughter-in-law, Brie at his side. Kevin was predeceased by his wife, Holly. He is survived by his parents, Anne and Allen Akers, 3 brothers, Clinton (Karen), Danny and Buddy Akers, his sons, Cody (Brie), Andrew and Jacob.
Kevin moved around a lot and made friends with his guitar and humor. TX, TN, FL, SC, Ithaca. He loved to make people laugh. He was stationed in S.C. while in the Army.

Kevin was my very closest friend for many, many years. We saw and did a lot all around these United States. My best travelin' buddy ever. Rest well my good friend and peace and love to the family.
