Military Memorial Services: Saturday, April 19, at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tim Larrimore. Visitation from 1-2 p.m. at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home, 684 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster.
Born April 7, 1962, in Lancaster County, daughter of Grace Galloway Hinson and the late Manley Richard Outen.
Survivors: mother, Grace Hinson; son, Gerald Gutgsell; daughters, Tabetha Thompson, Jennifer Thompson, and Kimberly Thompson; three brothers; grandchildren, Emma Thompson, Haili Adams, Leland Robertson, Gabriel Roberson, Anthony Thompson, Ashton Spoon, and Alec Spoon; and raised in the home, Jayden Outen and Caiden Smith.
