I can't tell you what a blow It was to hear, that David went home to be with the Lord-actually my Brother Billy knew, and was friends with him before me,I remember going back years, when my brother told me about how good Dave was In the Martial Arts, and at first I kind said-"No,I don't believe It!" But,he changed my mind,as a matter fact,he was one of the reasons I got Into the Martial Arts of Karate,Tai Kwon Do,as well as Kung Fu. I witnessed him In action-It was definitely was Impactful meeting him,and being one of his friends. I'm going to be praying for all of your family's comfort-especially Betsy, and your son David,as well, and all your other friends, and family members:Yes,may the Holy Spirit give all comfort. God Bless & keep you all.

I seen David in a elevator in Nashville a couple of years ago and said I know you probrobably don't remember me but, I will never forget you and told him how my son was starting to act up and someone told me to take him to his class and this changed my son forever and he became a fine man and he always thanked me for taking him to David's class. Ater I told him this I shook his hand and thanked him for changing my son's life, he was so nice and told me your welcome. What a great loss for this community and the kids that will not get his help. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. God Bless you and thank you for sharing him with our children. No words can express the sadness and loss of a man like david. I was in new york when I heard the news and was unable to return in time. David was the best man at my wedding, my soke, and longtime friend and mentor. he changed the course of my life challenging not only my martial arts skills but my life choices as well. he encouraged me to go to college and led me into law enforcement. i am who and what i am in large part because of david baize. it was an honor to see him and tell him many of these things only months ago. you have my deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers duringthis time of grief. david was much more than a highly skilled martial artists, he was my friend whom i loved and respected greatly. his teachings and encouragement will not be forgotten.
