Gilbert Hart Obituary
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel.
Burial will be in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery-West. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 3 p.m. Sunday and from 9 am until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
A Masonic service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born April 16, 1959 in Olney, Illinois, son of James Hart and Deloris Asher Hart.
Mr. Hart was a member of Madison Street Church of Christ, Downtown Clarksville Civitan, Leadership Clarksville Alumni, Shriners, and Mason Lodge #761. He was a real estate investor and was retired from the US Army.
Survivors include his mother, Deloris Hart, Missouri; spouse, Rebecca Harrison Hart, four sons, Gilbert Loy Hart (Cheryl), Arizona, Kevin Hart (Ashley), Minnesota; Matthew Hart (Josy) Illinois, and Alexander Hart, Clarksville; a daughter, Rebecca Rey Hart, Clarksville; five brothers, Jim Hart, Randy Hart (Lydia), Phillip Hart, Will Hart (Lucinda), and John Hart (Janet); a sister, Dee Taylor (Lafe); four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

I will miss you. You were Best Man at my wedding and tuly one of the greatest men I have known. Brandi will be planting an "Uncle Pete" tree in your honor. She is too young to understand all of this and why something like this can happen but she will rest well knowing that you are up in Heaven with Grandpa and with God.
