Godspeed, Uncle Pete! As the last of Mom's brothers to transition to Heaven, I pray for your immediate and extended family to be comforted and encouraged by your extraordinary life. I always marveled at how gentle of a soul you were, particularly given your military service. You experienced some of the worst of humanity, yet found it in your heart to reach out to others. Thanks for that and for you and your family visiting us when we were little kids in Montana. That mattered and made a lasting impression in my life.
