AUBURNDALE - Mr. Adam C. ' Boobie' Hilarie, age 27, of Auburndale passed away Friday, August 19, 2016.
Adam was born in Bartow and was a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Auburndale High School in 2007. He worked as a roofer and enjoyed FSU sports, boxing, kickboxing and MMA training at Lady Ram Gym.
Adam was preceded in death by a grandfather, Carmelo Cruz, an Uncle, Ismael Cruz and his grandmother, Ma Leo Hilarie.
Survivors include his daughter, La Jaya Hilarie, father, Theobald Hilarie, mother, Anna Cruz, 5 brothers Errol Cruz, Angel Cruz, Johnathan Jackson, Kalvin Lopez and Jamaal Lopez, 2 sisters, Talaina Patrice and Shontal Hilarie, his grandmother, Felicita Sierra and an abundance of loving family and friends.
A memorial service will take place at Legacy Church in Auburndale at 3PM on Saturday with the family receiving family and friends at 2 PM.

I did not know this young man, im from Sumter SC. My heart goes out to this upstanding young man his family and most of all his beautiful baby girl. When i read about how Adam died i couldnt stop crying...he seemed like he was a good hard working young man and he didnt deserve to die that way....My prayers and thoughts will forever be with his family as well as his beautiful baby girl....
