Dear Blanton Family,
My thoughts are with you; I share your sorrow in the loss of Alberta. She was truly a special lady, a woman with a kind and generous heart, so down-to-earth, finding her greatest pleasure in the simple, important things of life - first and foremost her family. It's been over twenty years since I last spoke with her but I've never forgotten her. And I never will.

To the Blanton family, my heartfelt sympathy. "Alberta and Joe" were very close friends of my mom and dad (Deane and Sue Hart) and dad had the opportunity of a lifetime, to travel to Egypt and the Holy Land with them.

Now Alberta has joined Joe, Deane and Sue on the greatest journey ever!

My thoughts are with you.

I am sorry to hear about your mother. I remember daddy saying how much she loved mullet. Well now she can watch over us as we fish and help us run the coolers over.

Kay & Ann and family: I am sad to hear of Alberta's passing only that this world has lost a wonderful and beautiful lady with such compassion for other people. She is now in Heaven with Joe and Cheryl and having a very good time talking to them. I will miss her so much and her beautiful smile when I walked up to her. Even at her advanced age, she always recognized me and smiled. She will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Kay and Ann, in the passing of your mother. Giving up one's mother is NEVER easy even though Alberta had a wonderful, full life. God Bless You All, my friends. Jeanie Character

A tribute to a wonderful lady! We could always expect a cup of coffee and a friendly smile when we dropped by. She made the most wonderful pound cake. Her green thumb produced the largst cabbage I ever saw. We will miss her for these things and many more.
