CHARLES
PEDDYCOART, 69

LAKELAND - Charles Peddycoart, age 69, born Aug. 3, 1942, in Rome, GA, passed away from heart failure on Feb. 8, 2012. He moved to Lakeland around the age of five, and retired from the family business, Peddy & Sons Radiator Svc. where he had been employed since his teens.
Preceded in death: parents Raymond & Kathrine Peddycoart, survived by: wife Judy (Whidden), sons Alan, Lakeland & his daughter Kelly (Anthony) Brock, Lakeland, mother of Kelly, Margaret Peddycoart, Keith Peddycoart & Tom Jordon of Tampa, Charles Stefan, Lakeland; grandson Charles Stefan Peddycoart, II, Lakeland; great grandchildren: Nol-an, Alan & Mason Brock, all of Lakeland, future daughter-in-law Linda Knight & grandson-in-law Jamie Knight, both of Fort Meade, brother Nathan (Lyla) Peddycoart, Lakeland, sisters Sandra (Ricky) Lominack, Lakeland, Nancy (John) Hendrick, Sebring, Mel-anie (Jason) Cranford, great nephew Justin, great nieces Miranda & Marley, Stefanie Huter, 2 great nephews Blayne & Solon; nephews Michael, Christopher (Andrea) Peddycoart; great niece Makayla; great nephew Austin.
Memorial service held Sun. 2/19 at Family Worship Center, 1350 E. Main St., Lakeland, at 2pm.

I was very saddened to hear about Charlie. He was like a big brother to me growing up in the Peddycoart household. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with everyone at this time. May God give you peace and comfort during this difficult time. We love you.

My heart is breaking at the news that Charlie has passed, I remember all of the good times that we spent together. He always had a smile on his face and was happy! He had a huge heart and warm soul. Judy and family, you all have my sympathy and prayers during this difficult time. Please know that he will always be with you, he is now watching over you as your Angel and will never leave you!
