LAKELAND - Mr. Daniel 'Danny' Stephen Green passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2014 at LRMC due to complications of cancer. He was born Sept. 2, 1951 in Kokomo, Indiana to Melbourne and Florence (Marshall) Green. Mr. Green owned D & S Produce in North Lakeland.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Melbourne and Florence and a brother, Darrell.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Green; children, David Green, Stephanie Beard (Bret), Misty Rish and Leah Whitehead; brothers, Eddie and Ronnie Green; sister, Judy Douglas (Mike); former wife, Janet McPherson; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
The visitation will be Tuesday from 2-3 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens (3350 Mall Hill Drive).
The funeral services will follow the visitation at 3:00 PM at the funeral home chapel.
