Missionary
LAKELAND - Ms. Edith A. Hulslander, age 87, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2010 from heart failure.
She was born on February 5, 1922 in Troy, PA and moved to Lakeland in 1948 from Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Hulslander was a missionary from CBM Ministries for 47 years and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4625 Cleveland Heights Boulevard, with a service to follow at 2:00 PM. Graveside service will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Youth Missions Fund at Fellowship Baptist Church or to Camp Gilead.

I can rember going to camp from a small child on into my teens.All my brothers were camp counselers as was I. Miss Edith will be sorely missed. I believe if there is rivers of gold in heaven Miss Edith is driving a boat giving rides. How bout that boat driver?

Miss. Edith was one of our missionaries. She came to visit us and we have been praying, for her for years. Our school will miss her.

She will be greatly missed. She a hero in the Lord--an example of what sheer hard work for Him can do when the labor is done with Him.
If there is tennis is heaven, she'll be playing on golden courts.

Because of Edith we began working at Camp Gilead. She did so much for Camp Gilead to get it constantly upgraded to even a better place for campers. A camp that taught them about Jesus. We will miss her very much. Our prayers for any of her family. Dave and Lou Bergman

We will surely miss her, expecially when
we come to Camp Gilead in the winter time.
She would always make a point to come to
the camp and greet all of us volunteer.
