Foshee Jewelers, Inc.
LAKELAND - Mrs. Juanita Foshee, age 86, died Friday, March 25, 2016.
Born in Covington, KY, on March 29, 1929, she came here from Chattanooga, TN, in 1936. She was a homemaker and co-owner of Foshee Jewelers, Inc. She was a member of Griffin Baptist Church. Her passions were painting and the outdoors, including walking through the pastures with the cows.
Mrs. Foshee was preceded in death by her parents and sister Mary Ellen Mitja. She is survived by her husband Clyde R. Foshee, owner of Foshee Jewelers, Inc.; her 3 children: Christopher (Duska) Foshee, Pamela (Ed) Cothern, Belinda (Ron) Valdez; 7 grandchildren: Christina (Dustin) Lewis, Travis (Patience) Foshee, Mandy (Jason) Cobb, BethAnne (Dustin) Kirkland, Rhilip Russo, Ian Valdez, D. Ray Valdez; 6 great grandchildren: Charlee Foshee, Shane Martin, Sarah Curby, Sierra Cothern, Jade Russo and Layla Russo.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at Griffin Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in Socrum Cemetery.
The family would like to extend gratitude for all the prayers and concern shown by so many acquaintances.
