Dear Gene,

It is with a saddened heart that I write in Judi's guest book.

We feel so blessed to have known your
Judi. She was a beautiful, talented, intelligent, courageous, and loving lady. She inspired all who knew her to live each and every day to the fullest...as she did hers!

Judi had a powerful and enduring faith in our Lord which she exemplified as she trusted Him to lead her through the overwhelming journey she traveled during much of her life.

Gene, you loved and supported your beloved Judi in every possible way. You were her greatest cheerleader and her best friend.

Now Judi has been called Home to be with her Heavenly Father to dwell with Him in Peace, Joy, and Love for all eternity.

Though Judi will be missed by all who knew and loved her, Gene, may you be comforted and find strength in our God's Promise.

Our love and prayers remain with you.

I remember the kindness of Mrs. Roberts as guidance counselor at Auburndale high school. She was a beautiful lady who always had a smile for everyone. I've thought of her often and when I did I always remembered her beautiful smile. My deepest condolences to her loved ones.

Here we stand together,
Dressed in our pain.
We can't go back and relive our lives -
But we can go on from here.
Close your eyes
And let the pain slip away
Let go of the sadness;
It belongs to yesterday,
And let's walk.
You aren't walking alone.
And neither am I.

May your memories and your faith comfort you.

Gene, family and friends of Judi,
I got to know Judi through working with the Polk County Schools. I was hired in Information Services after Judi's retirement in December 1997, so I never had the privilege of her being my supervisor. However, my job was a newly created job that Judi had a lot of input in before her retirement and afterwards training me. She was honest, sweet, gracious and intelligent and I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity of working with her. She worked with me for months and never received anything in return but my gratitude. Eventually the PCSB realized her value and she became a consultant. That just shows the dedicated and kind person that Judi was. I will never forget the sweet patience she had in teaching me and the bond that she and I formed from all of those months. Judi always remained special to me and will always hold a special place in my heart. She will be missed by many she was such a very special person.

My prayers are with you,
Susan Conner

I remember a kind, loving, soft spoken lady from my school days at Auburndale back in the lates 60's and early 70's. I do remember having to go to her office a few times back then also. Mrs Roberts has always had a place in my fond memories of school and I have never forgotten her. She was a positive in my life. We shared the same name and I can see her now at the gates of Heaven with a sign that says, " Guidance ".
