RACICOT, 93

LAKELAND - Leah Mae (Ashton) Racicot, 93, of Lakeland, died on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Good Shepherd Hospice of Lakeland.
Leah was born on March 31, 1927 in Groveland, MA. and moved to Florida in 1960. She was a devoted wife, mother, caring foster mother, skilled seamstress, quilter, and talented artist. Leah loved to share stories about her painted rocks and her art. As an avid gardener, she could revive any plant. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed reading her Bible.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Paul Racicot; her parents; and her six siblings. She is survived by sons, Carl Racicot (Joy) of Loughman, FL, Steven Racicot (Anna) of Questa, NM, and Timothy Racicot (Lorraine) of Ribera, NM; daughter, Jennifer Perry (Jeffrey) of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Holli, Kate, Katherine, Liz, Daisie, Alicia, Joe, Joshua, Dylan, and Jessica; great-grand-children, Charlotte, Isaiah, Devonna, Ike, Sean, Nicholas, Corbett, Serenity, Kelsey, Juan, Riley, Merayla, Christopher, Amberlyn, Enrique, Diego, Azaria, Estrella, and Guillermo; and great-great-grandchild, Abraham.
Leah will be laid to rest beside her husband in Questa, NM.
