RICHARD 'OTIS'
CARNLEY, 79

HAINES CITY - Richard 'Otis' Carnley, 79, of Davenport died Friday, March 6, 2015, at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center from heart failure.
He was born April 17, 1935, in Samson, AL, to Macon and Annie (Wise) Carnley, and moved to FL in 1952. In his retirement Otis enjoyed gardening. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband and father who always put his family first.
He was predeceased by his parents and wife of 40 years, Rosa Carnley. He is survived by his children, Timmy Carnley, Johnny Carnley, Jeff Carnley, Lisa Carnley, Melinda Addison, Arnulfo 'Fito' Chavez and Rolando Ancisco; siblings, Dorothy Gilley, Jeanette Sisson, Jackie King, Sue Poff, Jerry Carnley and Bill Carnley; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2015, from 10-11AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, with funeral services to follow at 11AM. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS, 66675. Condolences may be sent to:
