Service TechnicianAUBURNDALE -- Mr. Troy Finney Coffman of Auburndale died of heart failure Thursday (Aug. 28, 2003) at Winter Haven Hospital. He was 77.Born in Warren County, Ky., on Aug. 27, 1926, he came to Auburndale from Kentucky in 1997. He was a service technician for Michigan Telephone for 42 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 280 in Kentucky. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Lena Vista United Methodist Church.Mr. Coffman is survived by his wife, Carole Coffman; daughter, Tammy Suzor, LaSalle, Mich.; sons, Timothy Coffman, Chandler, Ariz., Troy F. Coffman Jr., Wyandotte, Mich., Todd F. Coffman, Belton, S.C.; brothers, William Coffman, Flat Rock, Mich., Donald Coffman, Hillsdale, Mich.; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lena Vista United Methodist Church, Berkley Road, Auburndale. Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale.
