Amado Pena Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents Eligio and Antonia Pena and a sister Romula Ramos.
Amado is survived by his wife, of 61 years, Olivia Pena of San Isidro, Texas; children Eligio "Lee" (Linda) Pena of Harlingen and Cynthia A. Pena Traylor of Edinburg. He is also survived by his grandchildren Yza (John) Melvin of Kent, Ohio, Amanda Pena of Houston, Texas, and Eric (Candace) Del Rio, Texas; as well as 2 great grandsons Harrison Melvin and Jackson Melvin. In addition, he is survived by his siblings Evangelina Salinas, Oscar Pena, Efrain Pena, Arturo Pena, and Andrea Pena.
Visitation will be held today, Sunday, December 11, 2016, from 5-9 with a 7 pm rosary at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mission. A funeral mass will be held tomorrow, December 12, 2016, at 2pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in McAllen.
Services are under the direction of Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission.
