HECTOR OLIVAREZ
DONNA - Hector Olivarez, 60, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at McAllen Heart Hospital in McAllen.
Mr. Olivarez was born October 4, 1946 in Donna, Texas son of Ernesto Olivarez and Francisca M. Olivarez. He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife, Lucia Garcia Olivarez; son, Miguel (Antonia) Olivarez; daughter, Michelle (R.C.) Galvan; mother, Francisca M. Olivarez; brothers, Ernesto Olivarez, Guadalupe Olivarez, Juan Olivarez, Ramiro Olivarez, Armando Olivarez; sisters, Isabel Olivarez, Oralia Olivarez; grandchildren, Mike Olivarez Jr., Cedrick Galvan, Devin Galvan, Mark Olivarez, Alexis Olivarez, Jared Galvan, Amanda Olivarez, Julian Galvan; mother-in-law, Teresa B. Garcia.
Visitation will be today, Friday, June 29, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, June 30, 2007, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Military graveside services will be conducted by V.F.W. Post 7473 of Elsa, Tx. and America's Last Patrol Post 3.
Funeral services are under the direction of Hawkins Funeral Home in Donna.
