Herminia Garcia Obituary
LOS EBANOS - Herminia F. Garcia, age 97, went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2008. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Sabino and Romana Flores.She is survived by her loving children, Hector (Raquel) Garcia of Mission, Maria Magdalena (Pedro) Gorena of California, Aurora (+Benito) Guerra of Hargill, Romeo (Priscilla) Garcia of Cailfornia, Laudencio (Juanita) Garcia of Sullivan, Idolina (Rodolfo) Cerda of Penitas and Olga Zamarrippa of Chicago; one sister, Eva Flores; one brother, Octavio Flores both of Sullivan, Texas; 28 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at La Joya Family Funeral Home in La Joya, Texas from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be conducted on Monday, April 21, 2008, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church in Los Ebanos. Interment will follow to Los Ebanos Cemetery under the direction of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen, Texas.
