Tino Quintero Obituary

McAllen - Tino Quintero Jr., 55, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, TX.

He was born on August 30th, 1962 in San Juan, TX to Tino Quintero Sr. and Cruz (Reyna) Quintero. He married Rose (Salazar) Quintero on March 27th, 1982. Aside from being married, the two worked as business owners and partners running two successful businesses - Texas Spirit Insurance Agency and Quatro Tires & Wheels. Together they were determined and driven, working hard to have established the two. Tino was truly a sincere soul, drawing everyone he came in contact with his friendly personality. He was truly a great man who had the best outlook on life in which he lived to the fullest.

He is survived by his mother, Cruz (Reyna) Quintero; his wife Rose (Salazar) Quintero; two daughters - Tabitha (Quintero) Kearney and Taleah Quintero; his only son Celestino (Trey) Quintero III and his 6 grandchildren, Brielle T. Gonzalez, Celestino Mason (Quatro) Quintero IV, Brooklyn T. Gonzalez, Silas R. Quintero, Kimberly Martinez and Avery T. Kearney. He is also survived by his sisters Celia Estalano, Diana Carrizalez, Priscilla Green; and by his brothers Julian Quintero and Esteban Quintero

He took such pride in his family and put them above all else. His most favorite thing in the world was getting together and spending time with them, especially his children and grandchildren. He loved all people in general and impacted so many lives with his charm and wit. He will be greatly missed.

Family friends and others whose lives were touched by Tino are invited to Funeraria Del Angel-Chapel of Remembrance, 3611 N. Taylor Rd. Mission, TX 78573 on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, to reminisce, grieve and support each other during this difficult time.
