She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jennings Smith
Survivors include her daughter, Terry Witt-Green, and son-in-law, Art Porcelli Jr., also of Ponte Vedra Beach; a grandson, John Philip Witt, and his wife, Jennifer, of Charleston South Carolina; along with three great-grandchildren.
A celebration service will be held Thursday, May 26, at Vicar's Landing Retirement Community in Ponte Vedra Beach.
As requested, both her ashes and Jennings ashes will be spread together over the golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Donations can be made in her honor to the Scholarship Fund at Vicar's Landing.
