Jeffrey Grey Obituary
He was a 2012 graduate of Central Hardin High School and attended Elizabethtown Community and Technical College and Western Kentucky University.
He worked many years as a cashier at Mr Gatti's in Elizabethtown, where he always had a smile and kind words for everyone. He had worked in construction with his uncle Tommy Grey and was most currently working for his aunt Tara Waters at Penn Station.
He was preceded in death by his grandma, Flossie Coates; and his mamaw, Frances Grey; and an uncle, Trey Coates.
He is survived by his wife, Michaela Rosenberger Grey; his parents, Tonya Coates of Elizabethtown and Jeff and Pattie Grey of Eastview; four sisters, Kayla Cooper (Robert) and Keshia Goodman (Joshua), all of Radcliff, Kameron Grey and Natalie "Tyler" Coates-Thompson, all of Elizabethtown; three nephews Peyton and Paxton Cooper and Harrison Goodman, all of Radcliff; and a niece, Mia Follis who all affectionately called him "Uncle A"; and he recently had found out he was having a niece, Paige Cooper; James Michael Lister, a cousin and best friend since birth; an uncle, Matt Coates; and a cousin, Jayden Coates who were very close; his grandpa, William O. Coates; and his papaw, Freddie L. Grey; lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Tommy Grey officiating.
Vistiation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 29 and continues at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Did not know him personally but recognize him as a friendly face at Mr. Gatti's restaurant in E-town for years. Always a pleasant young man. I am sure that he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
