Dear Judy. First my condolences to you. Thank you for returning my call. Wish I could have gotten to talk to Cliff before he left us. Cliff and I go back to his early trucking days when we lived in California. I'll never forget as a rookie learning to drive a semi he took me under his wings and showed me the ropes. The day we came across the grapevine out of Los Angeles in his red Kennworth with a load of booze and me smoking the brakes coming off the mountain he just smiled and said you need to feather those brakes. We'll we get into ceres where he lived he said I'll see you in a few hours get some sleep. After we unloaded in san Francisco we picked up a load of chassis going to long Beach Harbour. Back to ceres for a nap. When I get over to the truck he's sick and says you'll have to take this load to LA yourself. Ha I said you're nuts. He just smiles and says you got this. He tells me it takes a special knack to drive a semi and you have it. I'll have dispatch set you up a load back. No semi experience no class A drivers license and didn't know how to fill out a log book. That started my 40 years of trucking and in 2018 I retired. Thanks Cliff. Love ya buddy. Keep them roads clear for me when I get up to heaven. We'll take another ride off the mountain together. Bill koprivnikar aka Maddog!

I will miss Uncle Cliff so much! He was always so kind to me and he was so funny. He had a great sense of humor which is surely what helped him power through some of the toughest times in his life. I hope he knows how much he is loved and missed.

Cliff was one of the most generous and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I will never forget his kind heart, hearty laugh and his gentle spirit. Not only was Cliff my stepdad for 31 years, he was also my friend. Mom - I love you and am thinking of you. Please reach out if you need anything.
