Jimbo,
I am so sorry I lost touch with you over the last couple of years. I am so very thankful that I got to know you the way that I did. I love you like I love my own family. I am absolutely heartbroken.
Shannon and Matt, you probably don't remember me as I only met you each a couple of times several years ago. Your father always spoke so highly of you two, even in difficult times. He was so incredibly proud of you both. He was a beautiful man with a sense of humor that will never be matched. He'll be greatly missed by many.
All my love and condolences,
Tom Thornton

Over the last couple of years Jim and I had become close friends and as time passed we shared more and more time together. The next scheduled project was to get his Harley on the road for the summer riding season. He lived life to the fullest and his love of family was readily apparent. He is very much missed.
