I was shocked to hear of Vaughn´s passing. At one of our class reunions I told him about having the biggest crush on him but was too shy to tell him. We both had a good laugh about it. Rest in peace my friend, you are loved and missed by many. Taken from us far too soon.

The Sweetest, kindest man with a laugh that made you feel you said the funniest thing ever. A true gentleman, friend and you will be missed by so many. Journey well Vaughn, RIP kind sir. Grace and love to your family. Lynda Wiederspohn

Meet Vaughn in 1992 through connections. He became a good friend, a business colleague and served the tourism community. An all around great guy. So tragic. My thoughts to his family and friends at this difficult time. Lift up his memory, he will remain among us.
RIP my norwegian brother!

I had the pleasure of working with Vaughn and his daughter, Sarah. You couldn't ask for more FABULOUS people to share an office with. Vaughn's positive energy, ready smile & genuine sense of mischief & humor were always there. His relationship with his clients was one of education & guidance, not just numbers on a spreadsheet. I also had the good fortune to socialize with Vaughn, particularly at the Sons of Norway functions; always a pleasure.
Vaughn was a family man in every sense of the word. He adored his kids and his grandkids even more. He would look forward to the grandkids stopping by and the opportunity to take them to the park. Oh, and the adventures with them in Birch Bay!
The world lost a gem of a man, but heaven gained a beacon that is shining a light for us all.
