Shelley Carley Obituary
Shelley Ann Carley, 59, of rural Columbia City, Indiana, died at 6:47 p.m., on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
A memorial gathering will begin at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Tri-Lakes Baptist Church, 5679 N. Center St., Columbia City, IN 46725, with a memorial service starting at 7 p.m.
Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
Memorials in Shelley's honor may be made at to the Diabetes Association.
