Leo Frailey Obituary

ANSONVILLE - Leo C. Frailey, 75, of Ansonville, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at his home surrounded by family.

Born April 11, 1950 in Berwinsdale, he was the son of the late Heuber and Marian (Brink) Frailey.

Leo graduated from Moshannon Valley High school in 1968 and continued on to serve in the US Army Reserves from 1968-1974. He then worked in the Rushton coal mines and later hauling milk from local dairy farms. He devoted his life to his work and his family where he owned and operated his trucking company, LJF Inc.

Leo took pride in being a hard worker. He enjoyed telling stories of growing up working on his parent's dairy farm and of his days hauling milk. He enjoyed the thrill of life when he would dirt race and the simple pleasures of life like running his equipment and beeping the horn, riding his horses, drinking a beer around the campfire, and going to dinner with his family and friends. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was known to always give out the best advice, life lessons, and a helping hand to those who needed it.

Leo is survived by his wife, Jeannine M. (Tillotson) Frailey, whom he wed on June 30, 1990; his sons, Dale (Sasha) Frailey, Matthew Frailey, and Micheal (Tara) Crandall; his daughter-in-law, Alexis Frailey; grandchildren Dakota (Kayla) Frailey, Levi (Brooke) Frailey, Cash and Colt Frailey, Kaitlyn (Austin) Crandall-Small, and Conner, Lillianna, Makyra, Colton, Logan, and Haleigh Crandall; and two great-grandchildren, Peyton and Brynne Frailey. He is also survived by 10 brothers and sisters, Darlene Westover, Della (Don) Wharton, Andy (Bonnie) Frailey, Janet (Bill) Hazelton, Jenny (Jim) Vaux, Barbara (Richard) Graham, Dennis (Deb) Frailey, Brad (Joy) Frailey, Danny (Donna) Frailey, and Kerry (Elizabeth) Frailey; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents and his sister, Georgie Cox.

As per Leo's wishes there will be no services.

Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. will be in charge of arrangements.
