Brad Reid Wilkin, 62, of Hurricane passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
He was born in American Fork, UT, on February 21, 1952, to the late MayJean and Jerry Wilkin. Brad graduated from American Fork High School and shortly after joined the Utah National Guard where he faithfully served his country for 21 years.
Brad was loved by all that knew him and will always be remembered for his sense of humor and the cold Pepsi that was always in his hand. He enjoyed spending his free time camping, fishing, hunting, 3-wheeling and being with his family.
Brad is survived by three children; Brandon Wilkin, of South Jordan, UT; Cobe (Tanisha) Wilkin, of Lehi, UT; and Heidi (Jeremy) Draney, of Hurricane, UT. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at Heideman Hughes Mortuary beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2014. The Funeral will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014, with the burial immediately following in the Hurricane City Cemetery.
