Richard Vern Kofford Obituary

Richard Vern Kofford loving son, father, grandfather, and brother died on January 25, 2017 of heart failure.
He was born January 21, 1965 in Price, Utah to the late Kelly Vern Kofford and Vicki Cox Kofford Dove.
He grew up in Castle Dale, Utah. He later moved to St. George and worked for A & H Heating and Air. He later moved to Palm Springs, California where he worked for a company that also dealt in heating and air units,
Richard is survived by his parents Marvin and Vicki Cox Kofford Dove, his sisters Sherry Kofford Maxwell, Valerie Dove, and Michelle Shipley. His brothers Steven and Robert Dove. His four children Charles Vuki (Julieann), Kali Vuki Williams (Cash) Andrew Vern Kofford (Bailee) and Alexander Lee Kofford. His grandsons Koda Kofford, Noah Vuki, Paxton Vuki. His friends Mark Layman, Mike Campbell and many other friends and relatives. Richard will be greatly missed by all. We love you Richard with all our heart.
We will be having a tribute to Richard's life on Saturday, February 4th from 3:00 to 5:00 at 3519 Manzanita Rd. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bloomington, St. George. We would love to have all our family and friends there to help celebrate Richard's life.

Richard was a dear friend and a roommate at SUU. We had some great times! Richard has a great sense of humor and although it has been years since we have seen each other I can hear his laugh like it was yesterday. My love, thoughts and prayers go out to his mother Vicki and all other family members, your loss is great. May you cherish the memories until you meet Rich again.
