Hartford City - Cansas A. Speidel, 21, of Hartford City, IN, passed away at 5:49 am. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, in Muncie, IN. He was born on Saturday, December 16, 1995, in Wells County, IN. Cansas attended Blackford County Schools. He was a former resident of Tupelo, MS. Cansas loved his children. He enjoyed sports. He worked construction with his Dad, on oil rigs, and barges in MS., and for Serta Mattress. His dream was to be an underwater welder.
Loving Survivors Include: Father - Allan (Megan) Speidel, Hartford City, IN, Mother - Regina (Ellison) Speidel, Montpelier, IN, Girlfriend - Megan Knight, Tupelo, MS, Daughter - Aubree Speidel, Son - Cayden Speidel, Son - Dae Enyeto Speidel, MS, Maternal Grandmother - Gail E. Brown, Tupelo, MS, Paternal Grandparents - Howard & Jane Hart, Hartford City, IN, Brother - Caleb Speidel, Sister - Adrianna Sowards, Sister - Courtney Ellison, Brother - Jimmy Perkins, Sister - Abby Speidel, and Brother - Channing Ellison- and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather - Reginald Ellison, and Paternal Grandfather- Allan Speidel I.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A service to celebrate his life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017, with the Pastor Troy Kaufman officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
Preferred memorials: Hope House 312 W. Washington St. Hartford City, IN 47348.
Arrangements are being handled by Walker & Glancy Funeral Home in Montpelier.
