Uncle Frank,
As i've always called you because (FREDA)was more than being married to my brother LUTHER but was always a MOTHER to me, until her death.
Now Uncle Frank you will be joined together to your loving wife whom you adored & all your other siblings gone on before you.
Everyone who ever came into contact with you knows a GOOD HONEST MAN has gone to his HEAVENLY reward.
REST-IN- PEACE Uncle Frank you certainly deserve it.
