Judge Anderson was one of my favorite judges to practice before. He was smart, fair, and had a wonderful judicial temperament. His command of the English (and other) languages was amazing. I remember him issuing me a "billet-doux" when he needed me to appear before him. I had to look that one up!
Watching him charge a jury was like watching an air traffic controller wave in a 747. His expressiveness kept the jury on the edge of their seats.
He was a great man and I am honored to have known him.
Rest in Peace, Judge Andereson.
