Theresa Pierpont

1928 - 2024

Theresa Pierpont, 96, of Wrentham, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024. She was the wife of the late William "Rebel" Pierpont, who passed in 2004.

Born in Claremont, NH, on February 11, 1928, to the late Edward and Alice (Boucher) John. Theresa and her two sisters grew up in Island Pond, VT. She attended high school there. Theresa dedicated much of her life to caring for others as a nursing aid.

Theresa and her husband, William, made their home in Wrentham, where they raised their family. Throughout her life, Theresa remained active and enjoyed a variety of activities. She cherished attending motorcycle events with her son Eugene, often riding in the side car. In her later years, she found joy in spending time at the Wrentham Senior Center, where she stayed busy and connected with friends. Theresa will be remembered by her family and friends for her unwavering care, boundless energy and the radiating happiness she brought to everyone around her.

Theresa is survived by three of her sons, Edward and his wife Laurel Pierpont **of Vermont, Eugene Pierpont of Wrentham and Richard Pierpont of North Attleboro. She is survived by two grandchildren, Ralph Pierpont and his wife Jessica, and Heidi Kuric and her husband David. She leaves behind five great grandchildren Hailey, Bryson, Cooper, Peyton and MacKenzie.

She was predeceased by her husband William, her two sons William Jr. and James Pierpont and her two sisters Pearl Deline and Mary John.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 4PM-7PM in the R.J. Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Wrentham, MA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 8th at 10AM at St. Mary's Church, 130 South Street, Wrentham, MA. Burial will follow at Wrentham Center Cemetery, 58 Dedham Street, Wrentham, MA.
