Bunker Hill - Michael E. Bostick, 62, of Bunker Hill, IL, died at Alton Memorial Hospital, Alton, IL on Sunday, April 7, 2024. He was born September 28, 1961, in Alton, IL to Harold Eugene Bostick & Mary Lou Pullen Beck. He married Lori Acuncius Bostick on May 29, 1982 in Bunker Hill, IL. He was a Juvenile Justice Youth and Family Specialist Supervisor for the State of Illinois. Michael enjoyed fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, antiquing and the outdoors. He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Beck of Alton, IL, spouse, Lori Bostick of Bunker Hill, IL, children, Graham (Stephanie) Bostick of Bunker Hill, IL, Kaitlin (Zak Krug) Bostick of Springfield, IL, grandchildren, Graiden Bostick, Addelynn Bostick, Crosby Krug, brothers, David Russell Bostick of Bunker Hill, IL, Mark Alan (Tracy) Bostick of Alton, IL, brother in law, Rick (Sheila) Acuncius of Maryville, IL, step sister, Pamela Sue Robinson of St. Louis, MO, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his father, step father, Fred Lewis Beck, step brothers, Bradley Gibbs Beck, Jeffrey Lewis Beck, grandparents, Kenneth & Amelia Bostick, Wilbur & Mildred Pullen, mother in law and father in law, Gloria and Roger Acuncius. Friends may call on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill from 9:30 am until 11:00 am with a Celebration of Life Service following at the funeral home at 11 am. Memorials are suggested to the Great Smoky Mountains Association. Anyone wishing to send an online condolence may do so at www.kravanyafuneral.com.
