James Boyle Obituary

James Richard Boyle Jr., 58, of Mount Laurel, N.J., and Greentown, died Wednesday in the VNA Inpatient Hopsice Unit at Community Medical Center. His wife is the former Suzan Cook Boyle.

Born in Bronx, N.Y., son of the late James Richard Boyle Sr. and Eileen Barry Boyle Jones, he was educated in New Jersey public schools and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Before his illness, he owned and operated J&J Carpet. A lifetime member of the VFW Post 509, Tobyhanna, he enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Also surviving are two sons, James Boyle, Pennsylvania; and Jason Boyle, New Jersey; three daughters, Paula Roth, Keri and Lindsey Boyle, all of New Jersey; two sisters, Margaret Chapman, Florida; and Veronica Micai, New Jersey; nine grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Arthur J. Frey Funeral Home, Route 191, South Sterling, by the Rev. Robert Hanor. Friends may call from 1 until service time.

Interment will be May 4 at 1 p.m. in the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, 350 Proveince Line Road, Wrightstown, N.J. Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice, 301 Delaware St., Olyphant, PA 18447.
